  74. you get and retain a USPS form 3817 (only costs $.50) from the post office as 
  75. proof that you mailed something. Then if you do not receive your packet within 
  76. 3 to 4 weeks,send me a copy of your USPS form 3817 and I will send you another 
  77. packet after I verify your claim with the Postal Service.
